Overview
A logistics company was managing driver schedules and routes using spreadsheets. It was causing double-bookings and making it hard to see who was where.
What I built
I built a scheduling tool with drag-and-drop, a route overview, and automatic conflict detection. Everything is stored reliably and the system is built to handle the volume.
Outcome
Scheduling errors dropped significantly and the dispatch team now manages twice the volume with the same headcount.
