Overview
A maintenance company needed an alternative to their existing asset management system, which was overly complex for their needs. While the system worked well, it included many features that weren’t being used and added unnecessary overhead to day-to-day operations.
The goal was to create a simpler, more focused system that supported their workflow while remaining flexible enough to grow over time.

- Web-based maintenance management system tailored to the client’s workflow
- Machine creation with bulk upload via CSV
- Configurable preventative maintenance schedules auto-generated per machine
- QR code generation for quick access to machine records on-site
- Breakdown logging with direct contractor notification
- Automatic work order creation on reported issues
- Cleaning schedules alongside maintenance cycles
- Reporting dashboard tracking downtime, response times, and maintenance activity
- Service reports generated on job completion, including parts and consumables
- Parts selectable from predefined lists or added during the job
