£150/month

For sole traders, individuals, and small projects where keeping things running and secure is enough.

Standard

£250/month

For businesses that want their app or site looked after actively, with faster response.

  • Response within 4 working hours

Premium

£400/month

For businesses where the app or site is central to operations, with the fastest response and priority on new features.

  • Ongoing maintenance

  • Additional pages added on request
  • Ongoing tech support
  • Response within 1 working hour
  • Periodic strategy review (typically every 3–6 months)
  • Priority on new feature work

Response times apply during UK working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).

Care plans don't cover new features — those are quoted separately. Premium customers get priority on new feature work.

Just need ad-hoc tech help?

For ad-hoc tech help without a monthly plan, hourly support is available at £80/hour — remote where possible, on-site in Worcestershire if needed.

PC builds & maintenance

Hardware setup, upgrades, troubleshooting, and general maintenance for desktops and laptops.

Remote software support

Software issues, setup, and troubleshooting — remote or on-site.
